EDSU MART VENDOR AGREEMENT

This agreement sets the rules for all vendors on EDSU MART. By registering, you agree to every section.

SECTION 1: PURPOSE

EDSU MART provides a marketplace for approved vendors inside Edo State University, Iyamho. You post items, receive orders, and get payouts through the platform.

SECTION 2: VENDOR INFORMATION

You must provide: Full name, School ID or government ID, Phone number, Email, Hall or shop location, and Profile photo. You confirm that all information is correct. False information leads to suspension.

SECTION 3: PRODUCT RULES

You agree not to sell: Drugs, Weapons, Knives, Alcohol, Glass bottles, Stolen items, Counterfeit goods, or Unsafe objects. Your listings must match their photos and descriptions. Misleading items lead to removal or suspension.

SECTION 4: ORDER PROCESS

You accept orders placed through EDSU MART only. You prepare orders within stated time. Drivers handle delivery. You cooperate with pickups.

SECTION 5: PAYMENTS

EDSU MART receives payments first. You receive payouts after completion. Payout timing depends on delivery.

SECTION 6: FEES

You agree to: Seven percent commission per completed orderwhich you can add to price margin. Subscription of one thousand naira only.

SECTION 7: RATINGS

Buyers rate each order. Low performance leads to warnings, suspension, or removal.

SECTION 8: CONDUCT

You must behave professionally. Abuse or threats lead to instant removal.

SECTION 9: RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for item quality and getting item ready so it will be icked up from your loaction. Refunds apply for wrong or damaged items.

SECTION 10: LIABILITY

EDSU MART is not responsible for injuries or loss caused by your products.

SECTION 11: TERMINATION

EDSU MART may suspend or remove you without notice if rules are broken.
